A Little Something to Do With Those Old Christmas Cards

Recently, a friend of mine shared that she turns her Christmas cards into little photo books (thank you Brooke Adams Bryan!) For years, I’ve saved all the beautiful Christmas cards friends send us in plastic bags because I can’t bear to throw them out. And for years, I’ve had no idea what else to do with them — until now!

So, ta-da! I present my first-ever Christmas card photo book. Yay! I even used a leftover Christmas gift bag for the cover. To connect it all together, I simply punched holes at the top of the cards and threaded a ribbon through it. Easy peasy! This project took maybe 30 minutes. But what a treasure!!! I plan to turn all the Christmas cards I have collected through the years into more of these precious little books.

This afternoon, it’s been sweet to watch my husband and kids flip through this Christmas keepsake, talk about the families in the pictures, and smile. And I think we should leave our book out all year as a reminder to pray for the friends and family we treasure and love.

I want to hear from you. Please leave me a comment!
